On 21 March 2017, the Circolo Canottieri Aniene of Rome will host a night devoted beauty and solidarity.

The historical and prestigious building facing the Tiber will be the location of a photographic exhibition presenting a selection of works by Alidem. Around sixty works in limited edition, of which Alidem owns the copyright and which were created by internationally renowned photographers, will be shown. Amongst these, Nicola Bertellotti, Eric Dufour, Andrea Cicala Pozzuoli and Jan Kaesbach.

Alidem – L’arte della fotografia, is a two year-old company, based in Milan but with an international reach, which was born out of Pompeo Locatelli’s intuition and passion. Pompeo Locatelli is a collector and art lover as well as a businessman convinced that ‘photography represents the most advanced expression of contemporary art’. A fascinating field that, in our country, is yet to be fully discovered.

Ten of the photographs exhibited will be sold to support the charity la Piccola Famiglia, which organises pilgrimages to Lourdes and grant medical cures to the sick.

The special guest of the night will be Alessandra Sensini, the Italian windsurfing champion who won the gold medal at Sydney 2000 along with two bronze medals at Atlanta 1996 and Athens 2004.

Among the illustrious guests who participated in the event, was Giovanni Malagò, president of Coni.

Having taken part in a special initiative at the Corte di Cassazione in Rome, with this event Alidem now confirms its commitment to Rome.
