DAVID DE LA CRUZ

Winter has nearly officially arrived but the cold season has already begun…

David De La Cruz – one of Alidem more important photographs – gives his interpretation of the coldest season of the year in two shots. They both portray a subject from our everyday life – the frozen window of a car – that could be just banal but that, on the contrary, is revealed by the photographer as an artistic mixture of snow and ice, where the observer’s imagination can get lost in a kaleidoscope of flowers, stars, etc…

We are not allowed to see beyond that frozen window – Una teoria sull’abbandono Opera 19 and Una teoria sull’abbandono Opera 20 arouse our curiosity and exalt our imagination.
