Trained as a musician, Pagratidis studied to become a sound technician. Until then, photography remained a passion, but in 2000 he began a path focused on this art form: the culmination of his professional development began at the school of Platon Rivellis, an internationally acclaimed photographer. It was at this moment in which Pagraditis fully realised his gift and the results of the in depth study he undertook under the teaching of his Mentor: photography became his vocation and his field of artistic experimentation. After a period during which he refined his techniques, the artist moved to the Greek capital and here he began to participate in collective exhibitions. 2009 was the year of Sappho’s chariot in Poros, followed in the same year by the personal exhibition Blazing light. His shots were chosen for the l’Athens photo festival, while the following year he participated in Art Athina. In 2011 he participated in the Mia Art Fair with the support of Gallery Kourd. In numerous occasions, therefore, he has been able to prove his personal vision of the world and of the relationship he maintains that which surrounds him.
